• 1 day - $30.00 + gst
• 5 day package - $135.00 = $27.00 /day
• 10 day package - $260.00 = $26.00 /day
• 20 day package - $500.00 = $25.00 /day

Packages must be used within one month of purchase.

OUR SECURITY POLICY:

For the safety and security of all our Dog DayCare dogs, all clients are required to sign their dog in and out everyday. Staff must be informed of temporary and/or permanent arrangements for drop off/pick up of your dog from Superdog Spectrum Dog DayCare. We must be made aware of the person(s) name, contact #(s) and date(s) of any changes for pick up. No dog will be released until we have confirmation from the owner of the dog. Picture Identification may be required.

There is absolutely no admittance to restricted areas in order to ensure the security of our canine guests.

SUPERDOG SPECTRUM Dog Day Care and Boarding hours of operation:

• DAYCARE - Monday to Friday: 6:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Special bookings- not always available, must be confirmed by staff in advance:

• BOARDING - upon request for as long as you need. We do not accept drop-off's or pick-up's on weekends and holidays, all bookings must be done 48 hours in advance.

All must be booked separately. Bookings must be done 48 hours in advance. *Available times, operating hours are subject to change.

Daycare clients may drop off and pick up during daycare hours. Boarding clients must prearrange their drop off and pick up times.

We are closed for daycare on all statutory holidays.

OUR LATE PICK-UP POLICY:

Please let our staff know if you are running late, we understand weather and/or road conditions can be unpredictable. A rate of $5.00/15 minutes (or a portion thereof) may be charged after 7:00 pm closing. Your dog will be kenneled until you pick him/her up after hours.

OUR PRE-BOOKING POLICY

All Dog DayCare visits need to be pre-booked and pre-paid. We require a minimum 24 hours notice to pre-book your dog"s visit.

OUR LEASH AND CLEAN-UP POLICY

For the safety of your dogs and others, all dogs coming to and from our building and surrounding area must be on leash at all times. Our staff and landlord strictly enforce this policy. We will happily provide you with a poop-scoop bag to pick up after your dog in the event you find yourself without one.

OUR VACCINATION POLICY

All dogs attending dog Dog DayCare require up-to-date DHL, Rabies & Parvo vaccinations, as well as yearly Bordetella vaccination (kennel cough). All dogs must be receiving a monthly flea, tick and lice treatment. We should add that the dogs need to have had their shots at least 14 days prior to attending any activities at the Superdog Spectrum.
